Nationwide auto glass claims can be filed directly with Nationwide by following the instructions below:

As Policyholder
1.
Call the Nationwide Claims department at 1-800-421-3535.
2.
Press “1”
if you are a Policyholder, press “2”
if you are an Auto Glass Shop.
3.
Press “3”
to file your Nationwide auto glass claim for the first time.
4.
Inform representative that you are looking to file your Nationwide auto glass claim for the first time.
5.
Provide them with your Policy Number
and confirm your personal information in order to proceed.
6.
Provide them with Date of Loss, information on how and where the damage occurred, and the size of the damage.
7.
Be specific to the name of the company you would like to use to perform services on your vehicle (i.e. Auto Glass City or Lloyd’s of Shelton Auto Glass).

5.
Provide them with your customer’s Policy Number.
6.
Add your customer to the line and customer will confirm basic personal information in order to proceed.
7.
Customer will provide Date of Loss, information on how and where the damage occurred, and the size of the damage.
8.
Be specific to the name of the company you would like to use to perform services on your vehicle (i.e. Auto Glass City or Lloyd’s of Shelton Auto Glass).
